Linda W. Brunt                                                              nbrunt@mindspring.com

Linda W. Brunt was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1960. Linda is a graduate of The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia. She received her undergraduate degrees in English and French from Emory University in 1982. She further earned her M.A. in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge in 1985. She received her J.D. from The University of Georgia in 1988.

Upon completing her law degree, Linda clerked for Hon. Perry Brannan, Jr., Superior Court of Chatham County, Eastern Judicial Circuit. Linda was Assistant County Attorney for Cobb County, Georgia from 1992-1998. She spent one year teaching French to middle and high school students in Adairsville, Georgia in 1998-1999. She has been with Bentley, Bentley & Bentley since 2003.

Linda practices in the areas of land use and development, planning and zoning, and local government. She and her husband, Neal Brunt, reside with their son Andrew in Cartersville, Georgia.

DAN McCLENDON is a native of Marietta, growing up in East Cobb. He graduated from Pope High School prior to attending the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Georgia Redcoat Marching Band. He graduated from UGA's Warnell School of Forest Resources in 2002 with a B.S. in forestry, recieving top academic honors from the school. He, subsequently, received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of law in Toledo, OH., where he graduated cum laude. 

Prior to joining the Bentley, Bentley, and Bentley firm as of counsel at law, Dan was an associate for the law firm Duane Morris LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where his practice focused on multi-million dollar merger and acquisitions with a heavy focus on commercial real estate.

Dan currenly focuses his practice on condemnation, commercial real estate, cororate governance, and other general transactions.

In his spare time, Dan enjoys golfing, reading, and other outdoor activities. He currently lives in Woodstock with his wife and young son, where they attend Hillside United Methodist Church.

DEBRA L. BLAIR was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, and  grew up outside of Pittsburgh, Pennslyvannia. She attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and graduated cum laude with a BA degree in International Trade in 1985.

Prior to attending law school, Mrs. Blair worked in the residential mortgage industry for sixteen years. She worked on the operations side of the industry and held many positions including team leader, underwriter, trainer, and regional operations specialist.

Mrs. Blair graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2006. She practices real estate law. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Atlanta Bar Association. She has been admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia.

She is an active participant in both the West Cobb and Symrna Business Associations. Realizing the importance of investing in her community, Mrs. Blair participates in the Reading Brigade, a program which gives business leaders the opportunity to visit various elementary schools and read to the students.

Mrs. Blair is married and lives with her husband and French bulldog in Symrna, Georgia. Her hobbies included attempting to golf, reading, and traveling.

SAM HENSLEY, JR. was born in Marietta, Georgia in 1961. He attended North Cobb High School and Duke University, where he played varsity football, studied creative writing under acclaimed novelist and National Book Critics Circle Award-winner Reynolds Price, and graduated magna cum laude in political science.

In 1983 Mr. Hensley was awarded the Woodruff Scholarship (a full, academic-based scholarship) to the University of Georgia School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Hensley then worked for several years as in-house counsel for Hensley International, Inc., a research-and-development firm specializing in the design of low-cost, short-range mass transit systems. During this time Mr. Hensley also served as the legal counsel for the 20th District delegation to the Georgia House of Representatives.

For the past 12 years Mr. Hensley has also worked as novelist, screenwriter, actor, and film producer. In 1988 his first novel, Family Portrait, was published, garnering him a nomination as Georgia Author of the Year by the Georgia Council of Authors and Journalists. Mr. Hensley is a partner in Journey Entertainment Corporation, a Los Angeles-based film production company, which recently completed and sold its first feature film, All You Need, starring Kellie Martin from the NBC television series E.R.. Based on Mr. Hensley’s original screenplay, All You Need won the Jury Award for Best Feature Film at the 2001 Savannah Film and Video Festival and the Audience Award at the 2001 Big Bear Lake, California, Film Festival. Recently, the Lifetime Channel purchased the exclusive cable premiere rights to All You Need. Journey Entertainment Corporation currently has several other film projects in development, including a movie version of Family Portrait, for which Mr. Hensley has co-written the screenplay.

In addition to his involvement in the film industry, Mr. Hensley currently works of counsel at the law firm of Bentley, Bentley & Bentley in Marietta, Georgia, with experience in the areas of criminal, condemnation, governmental relations, and entertainment law. He also serves as assistant solicitor in the cities of Kennesaw and Acworth, Georgia.

Mr. Hensley has also served as an intern for former United States Senator Sam Nunn in Washington, D.C.; as campaign manager for his father, State Representative Sam Hensley, Sr.; and as a member of the Cobb County Arts Commission.

COLEEN HOSACK put herself through undergraduate school at the University of Georgia earning her undergraduate degree in business with a minor degree in marketing in 1987. Upon graduation, she began working for the Proctor and Gamble Distributing Company in field advertising and sales. After a four year career in sales and marketing, she returned to law school and received her JD degree from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1994. During law school, she was a staff member editor of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, competed on the National Moot Court team and served as Senior Board Representative of the Moot Court Board. She interned as a law clerk for three law firms during her law school summers.

Mrs. Hosack was admitted to practice before the Georgia State Bar in 1994. She is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Since being admitted, Mrs. Hosack has worked in the areas of land use, zoning, local government, city solicitor, trademark, contract law and general civil litigation. She also practices adoption law.

Mrs. Hosack is married and has three children. She attends the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta Georgia and volunteers in various ministries at the church. She is a Girl Scout troop leader for her two daughters. She enjoys camping with her family, reading non-fiction books and working out at the gym.

JAMIE WINGLER was born in Jeffersonville, Indiana.  Attended Indian University where he graduated with a BS degree in Business in 1985.

Immediately after graduation, Jamie joined the United States Navy completing Aviation Officer Candidate School in September 1985.  He received his "wings" in 1987 and flew as a Navy Pilot until 1992.  He served in the Persian Gulf during Operation Desert Storm, flying C-2A cargo planes to aircraft carriers.

After completing his Naval service, Jamie entered Georgia State University, College of Law. While in law school, Jamie researched attorney William C. Head's book, "The Georgia DUI Trial Practice Manual."  He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1996.

Jamie is a member of the Georgia Bar Association and the Cobb County Bar Association.  He has numerous trials to his credit, practicing in courts across the State and in the Georgia Court of Appeals.  He has been a speaker at several Continuing Legal Education seminars teaching and updating other attorneys on current legal issues and trends.

Jamie, his wife Monica, and son Jack Ryan live in Kennesaw, Georgia and are members of Mount Pisgah Christian Church.  He is a member of the 2007-2008 class of Leadership Cobb and coaches baseball with the Kennesaw Baseball Association.
